Here's how you play "Great Big Cowgirl"

Put together 2 teams and have each team choose one player. Those two players put on the over sized jeans and shirts.

Now start some western theme music and have each team stuff as many balloons as they can under the shirt and jeans of their player before you turn off the music.

When the music stops, the game ends.

Now count the balloons each player has under their clothing. The team who's player has the most balloons under their clothes is the winner.
