It's my sons 1st birthday and we have about 30 people coming...mostly adults and the kids are aged 5-7.

I am having trouble coming up with some ideas for games that will satisfy the adults and entertain the kids. Any ideas would be great.

The classic pin the tail on the donkey for small prizes is a great idea as well as, Hot Potato, musical chairs or dance until the music stops(anyone caught moving after the music stops is eliminated.

These games are perfect for 5 to 7 year-olds.

Your son looks very cute in his costume!

And congratulations on your son's up coming first birthday party.

With guests including parents as well as 5 to 7 year olds, and of course your 1 year old, you really have a couple of groups to entertain with appropriate games.

For your 1 year old, plan a couple of easy games that you can play with him. We have a number of really excellent game ideas on our 1st birthday party game ideas page.

For the 5 to 7 year olds and the parents or other adults, you can play 2 or 3 games. We have a whole bunch of fun games on our fun kid birthday party games page where you'll find lots of great ideas.

Remember to take lots of pictures and after your son's party, be sure to get your FREE birthday website so you can easily share your son's first birthday party fun with family and friends.
