Gumball Machine Birthday Party

My daughter recently turned 7.
She requested a "Gumball Machine Party". At first, I had no idea how this would go over but after some thinking and a little research, the party turned out great.
I made this Gumball Machine Cake and it turned out SOOO CUTE!
We played "pin the gumballs on the gumball machine", which was just a gumball machine painted on a piece of poster board. We then used colorful pom poms and attached tape to the back of each one. The kids took turns being blindfolded and seeing how many "gumballs" they could get on the gumball machine.
The party favors were a small inexpensive gumball machine for each child. Since the kids were older, I didn't think this would pose a choking hazard. I picked up the gumball machines for about $3 each.
These are just a few ideas for a fun gumball party. Enjoy!
