Water park birthday Cake

I was just hoping someone would have a suggestion for a creative cake that fits the water park theme for my son's birthday.

I don't make cakes necessarily, so it would be easier if it was decorated with plastic pieces that one just places on top of the cake for a 3D effect.

I will have to purchase a cake from the local bakery most likely unless someone has a pretty basic cake idea or cake mold suggestion that I could try myself. Anything helps.
