In a wedding shop I had come across ( when I had my wedding 8 years ago) I came across little wedding favors that were clear plastic plain high heel shoes.
If you could find something similar I would get red glitter cover the entire outside of the shoe with glue and use the glitter and maybe do a couple of coats maybe paint the inside black so you can see the definition of what it is from more than an arms length away.
The bricks cut up that foam craft stuff or make the shape of the path out of a sheet of yellow craft foam and draw in your own bricks.
